Dear, Property owner:

We are college students at CSULA who have found it quite hard to find adequate housing for next year along with many other students who attend CSULA. Craigslist and CSULA housing services are too unorganized. While the on-campus housing is too expensive, more than $650 dollars a month to share a bedroom, as well as being too loud for many of us.

Taking that into consideration we have created a website blog called “CSULA Off Campus Housing” (www.CSULAHousing.blogspot.com) to help connect you the landlord or property owner with the students and faculty of California State University, Los Angeles.

The site will display your houses, apartments, and rooms for rent and lease near Cal State LA by photographing rooms and locations along with taking down descriptions then posting them on the site for viewing. They will be organized by the number of rooms and rental fees. The site will be updated daily.

To advertise we will be distributing flyers and handouts around the campus and local business to generate views and make the masses at CSULA aware of this great service.
The fees will be as follows:

$10 for each posting. You can send us digital photos taken by you emailed to us.

$30 for 15-20 premium photographs taken by our photographer

$35 for the combo of a posting on our site and premium photographs taken by our photographer.
